- Input/Output file of TRIP2 is written in netCDF format. If your system doesn't have netCDF installed, please go to http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/ to download and install the latest netCDF package.
- I also suggest you to install the netCDF operators NCO. In NCO, each operator is a standalone, command line program which take netCDF files as input, then perform a set of operations and produce a netCDF file as output. The single command style of NCO allows users to manipulate and analyze files interactively and with simple scripts.
