River sequence map is calculated from the flow direction map using the program:
>TRIP2/map/calc_rivseq.f
This program also modifies the flow direction map in case the downstream points of some grid cells on the boundery are not located in the map.
Note: when you want to run your simulation for only one small region from a bigger map, you should first extract the flow direction map by using >TRIP2/map/extract.sh and then use calc_rivseq.f to calculate river sequence. Do not directly extract from the original river sequence map!

- Flow direction map
- River sequence map
- Elevation map
- Extract a region of interest
